It's definitely winter at the moment and so after dinner I really feel like something warm for dessert. This chai spiced hot chocolate is so delicious and so healthy at the same time!
Recipe for Chai Spiced Hot Chocolate (1 cup)
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup full cream dairy milk
- Dash of coconut cream or milk (optional)
- 2 tsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tsp coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Good sprinkle of nutmeg
- Sprinkle of allspice
Heat the milks up in a saucepan on the stove until simmering (use low-med heat), use more milk if you have a big mug. Pour into your mug and stir in the cacao powder, sugar and spices. Yum!!!
