Breakfast this morning was bircher muesli. It's so easy to make and super healthy. See the recipe below:
- a few handfuls of oats (preferably organic)
- a few chopped dates
- handful of flax seeds
- a handful of chia seeds
- a handful of sunflower seeds
- some chopped almonds
- dried cranberries (i used blueberry juice soaked ones!)
Put the amount you want to eat the next morning in a bowl with enough water to just cover the oats, cover the bowl, and put in the fridge. The next morning I add full fat natural yoghurt, cinnamon and a bit of grated green apple. You can also add any dried fruit you like. I use water so there's not as much dairy but you could add nut milk instead.
