I have just been to Bali and had the most amazing home made cordial in a tiny cafe in Seminyak.
It was called Creole Cafe and it was Vanilla and Hibiscus cordial with soda water. The other drink is my 'mixed juice', which I always try to get when I'm in Bali. I find it's better than ordering your own combination, as you're sure to get the fruit that's in season at that moment (it would be cheaper and their first choice to put in your drink!) Ben had the Orange, Lemon and Lime cordial which he loved! Definitely going to try doing this at home.
