Breakfast this Morning- Purple Porridge!




This morning I felt like a warm breakfast, as it was absolutely freeeeezing! I decided to make my purple porridge (berry porridge really but purple sounds better). It looks very pretty and is super healthy too! Recipe below...

The Seventh Duchess and I have been on a bit of a mission to try and get fit and toned. We both aren't overweight or anything but we would love to have toned, taut and terrific thighs and bums! What I Had For Dinner- Quick and Healthy


Last night I just could not be bothered cooking. But I still wanted something healthy so I made some delicious dark rye toast with avocado and tomato, followed by an almond milk, banana and date smoothie as dessert. Recipe below...

My Trip to Sydney!!!


I have just got back from four nights in Sydney. And I already wish I was back. So much health, wellness and fashion! My favourites! The Seventh Duchess and I stayed in a little suburb in North Bondi called Ben Buckler. We were right near the beach and there was some really awesome cafes just down the road. One of our faves was Porch and Parlour, which served the amazing quinoa and haloumi salad pictured above. There was even a big dollop of home made tahini in it.

Today's Breakfast- Spinach in Eggs


This breakfast is really great at filling you up, I don't even need toast with it. Not having toast with eggs seems hard at first but you get used to it! And putting some spinach in with the eggs means you're getting greens in there as well.

Breakfast Today- Green Smoothie and Hot Lemon Water


I don't have time to eat breakfast in the morning so I usually create something quick that I can bring with me. I also always have a lemon at work so I can add bits to my hot water in the mornings. I then keep refilling it and sip on it all day! Today's creation is a green smoothie.

Breakfast at Perth City Farm



Breakfast is one of my favourite meals to go out for. Last weekend I visited Perth City Farm for breakfast with the Seventh Duchess (of the Seventh Duchess tea range). We were very impressed! Delicious food, good coffee and good service.
