Breakfast Today- Green Smoothie and Hot Lemon Water


I don't have time to eat breakfast in the morning so I usually create something quick that I can bring with me. I also always have a lemon at work so I can add bits to my hot water in the mornings. I then keep refilling it and sip on it all day! Today's creation is a green smoothie.


Green Smoothie:


  • 1 green apple
  • 1 medium pear
  • 2 celery sticks
  • 2 handfuls of spinach leaves
  • 5 cm piece of cucumber
  • half a handful of parsley
  • half a handful of mint
  • juice from 1 lime
  • little knob of ginger
  • half a cup of water
  • couple of ice blocks
  • 2 tbs LSA
And then blend! It's pretty thick so if you like you can add more water.
