I don't have time to eat breakfast in the morning so I usually create something quick that I can bring with me. I also always have a lemon at work so I can add bits to my hot water in the mornings. I then keep refilling it and sip on it all day! Today's creation is a green smoothie.
Green Smoothie:
- 1 green apple
- 1 medium pear
- 2 celery sticks
- 2 handfuls of spinach leaves
- 5 cm piece of cucumber
- half a handful of parsley
- half a handful of mint
- juice from 1 lime
- little knob of ginger
- half a cup of water
- couple of ice blocks
- 2 tbs LSA
And then blend! It's pretty thick so if you like you can add more water.
