Today's lunch/ lunch when you've been too lazy to bring it from home

This morning I was running too late to make my lunch, having just taken Chico for a walk to the oval. We completed the little agility course that is permanently set up for dogs. He is getting better at it but still needs lots of encouragement and gets very distracted by other dogs walking past.

So luckily I had a lemon already in the fridge at work- dressing done! All I needed was some pre-packaged leaves, tin of tuna in oil (more dressing!) and some mountain bread. Avocado would have been even better but I couldn't find a nice ripe one.
