This morning I had my usual cup of hot water with lemon, followed by a smoothie. At the moment I'm loving raw cacao smoothies! This one contained-
- one and a half bananas
- handful of frozen blueberries
- a scoop of natural full fat yoghurt
- almond milk
- a couple of ice blocks
- tbsp maca powder
- tbsp raw cacao powder
- LSA (linseed, almonds and sunflower seeds)
- handful of oats- if you want it more filling
- a few beetroot leaves and spinach leaves (from my garden!)
Then Chico and I went down to Vans cafe for a latte!
